who i am
Carolyn Meda is a 500-Hr Experienced Certified Yoga Teacher (E-CYT) and has been teaching yoga since 2013. She holds both 200-hr and 300-hr Yoga Instructor Certifications. She is also certified in Restorative, Prenatal, Kids Yoga, Breathwork, as a Reiki Master, as well as in Yoga Nidra Meditation, MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Meditation, Sound Healing with Singing Bowls & Tuning Forks, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping), Access Bars, and Continuing Education in Arm Balances & Inversions.
